San Remo Rigatoni 500g
Taken from the Italian word for stripes, “Riga”, this is a large shape, much like an oversized penne, but cut flat at the ends and ridged so the sauce catches in the grooves. Use Rigatoni in pasta bakes or with heavy, chunky sauces.
